Yes. Polemica's AI estimating integrates with Jobber — estimates generated by AI create draft quotes in Jobber automatically, customer approvals sync back, and won jobs flow into Jobber's job scheduling workflow without manual data entry.
The integration works through Jobber's API. When the AI generates an estimate, it creates a draft quote in your Jobber account with the customer record, line items, and pricing pre-filled. You review it in Jobber, make any adjustments, and send — the same workflow you already use for Jobber quotes, but starting from an AI-generated draft instead of a blank form.
When a customer approves the quote (through Jobber's standard approval flow), the approved job appears in your Jobber jobs list ready for scheduling. No re-entry. The AI intake information — job details, address, contact info — is already there from the estimate stage.
The integration also works in reverse: jobs already in Jobber can trigger an AI re-quote if scope changes. If a customer requests additional work on an existing job, the AI generates an addendum estimate that attaches to the original Jobber record. This keeps the job history clean without creating duplicate records.
